Tizzle On Tour

After a very successful 2K10 Carnival Season in St. Lucia, Ricky T starts touring.
Ricky T who is the Caribbean Monarch 2010 and 1st Runner up to the St. Lucia Power Soca Monarch, departs Saint Lucia today August 3rd, for his first of many bookings for the year.
His first stop is Tortola, British Virgin Islands to partake for his second time, representing St. Lucia, at the annual East Long LOOK Festival at the Limping Jack Feasterville.
He will be performing alongside other regional top guns to include: Jamesy P and Man Hooper of St. Vincent, Biggie Irie of Barbados, Daddy Chess of Dominica, Denise Belfon of Trinidad and BVI’s Monarch Luther B. There is also a Reggae segment featuring BVI’s Heritage Shine I and the Lagan Yellow Man.

Later in the week Ricky T will be joined by two of St. Lucia’s top Soca artistes Q-pid and Kakal in St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands to perform on Saturday August 7th at The New Drive In at the annual Leo’s Bashment Party and on Sunday August 8th in St. Thomas, also in the US Virgin Islands. Ricky T’s manager Ian Sanchez says that he has been receiving many calls of enquiries from ardent St. Lucian fans resident in these islands, awaiting his performance with baited breath.
This is the first of many tour dates expected for the young monarch who is expected to represent St. Lucia at many events in North America, the United Kingdom and the region.
