TOP GUNNER BARRIE HYPE HONOURED!

Just to refresh your memory about the Top Gunner, Barrie was born and raised in Sans Souci before moving to Tapion. His went to secondary school in Barbados for 5 years, before going to Junior College in Canada and then attended Full Sail in Orlando where he studied Show Production and Concert Touring and Recording arts as well as the creative side in producing.

A few years ago he was on the front on the YO! Magazine. Now he is back, and this time he has one of the most prestigious awards that could be handed to a D.J. in South Floorida. YO! Magazine says congratulations to D.J. Barrie Hype of the Topgunners Fraternity DJ’s who was recently named 2010 Soca DJ of the Year at the 2nd Annual South FL Dance Hall Awards.
