Diaries of a Dream Queen

Remember, I told you guys that you need to find the definition of two words so that you can improve your vocabulary etc? Well I hope you are doing just that. This weekend my two words are ‘tacky’ and ‘metamorphosis.’ ‘Tacky’ is one of my favorite words because I just get that instant distaste for an individual who dresses tackily and the word metamorphosis, I heard it in a song by Eminem..uhh..I’m trying to remember which song. I absolutely love Eminem; he’s so real and surreal at the same time. Okay, I had to browse through my phone to get the song and I have like a million songs by Eminem! The song is called “Sing for the moment.” My favourite rappers in the world are: Tupac, Eminem/ Slim Shady, Lil Wayne/ Weezy, Jay Z, Kanye West, J. Cole and Lupe Fiasco. I know Tupac’s dead but his music lives on he’s a legend, just like Michael Jackson.

Oh! Before I forget here is the definition of the two words I chose this weekend.
Tacky- 1/ Lacking style or good taste; tawdry (tacky clothes) 2/ Distasteful or offensive; tasteless (a tacky remark)
Metamorphosis- 1/ A marked change in appearance, character, condition, or function.

This weekend I’m extremely ecstatic, remember I told you guys I’m a model? Yes, I absolutely adore modelling! I could scream right now! Can I? Is that allowed btw? Who cares? I’m screaming “Eeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!” “Lol.” Okay, the reason why I’m screaming is because today, I have an audition and this could be my big break. I haven’t even auditioned yet and I’m already ecstatic, what if I don’t make it? Oh gosh, I think I’ll go bananas! So guys, PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE pray for me, pretty please. I’ll give it my best shot, I’ve been researching and practising my walk etc and doing everything I possibly can so I’ll make it.

If I don’t make it, I’ll be disappointed, but there’s always a next time. I’ll do more research, I’ll go to the local fashion icons out there and get tips from them and all the professional models; nothing won’t stop me! I’m unstopableeeeeee!!!! “Lol.” That’s the message I would like to leave with you this weekend, don’t let anything deter you, when pursuing your dreams. A lot of people will say you can’t but remember what you’re made of, nothing is impossible! If you study, do all your research, practise and put knowledge into effect, how can you not make it? Anytime someone discourages you, don’t get all down about it, smile to yourself, because at the end of the day you will prove them wrong. Once you are determined and you do what you have to do, you’ll be successful. Also remember education is a must, even if you’re a singer, actress/actor, model or what not, you always need something to fall back on, my mom is FOREVER reminding me of that, but it is the truth. You guys I’m out now! I have an audition to do! Can’t wait! I’ll let my “Rae” of sunshine shine through! ALWAYS be yourself! Remember that you guys!
