The
question is exactly how much do you want to
lose the weight? It’s a good thing you
want to lose weight but maybe the truth is
you really don’t want it the way you
say you do. Another question is when do you
eat excessively? Is it when you’re depressed?
When you’re mad? Exactly when do you
tend to eat a lot? Is it a natural hunger
craving? You also said that you are longing
to lose the weight but you never stated if
you actually are making a great effort.
If the only time you have these food cravings
is when you have a problem you need to learn
to approach your situation in a different
way and it is also advisable that you seek
counseling. If you just like to eat food,
then no one says that you can’t eat
food, just that you need to eat a considerate
amount and don’t go overboard. I’m
sure you’re familiar with the term “diet”
and as much as a lot of us tend to dislike
it, you need to start.
Even if you’re on a diet that does not
mean you should eat Greens morning, night
and day. You just need to know which foods
to eat and what amount. You can always read
books about enjoyable healthy foods. Visit
a local bookstore and go on the various sites.
You can Google enjoyable healthy meals and
you can always get great assistance. You should
also speak to your doctor, and though he may
put you on a strict diet, at the end it will
be worth it. You can also try exercising with
music, it’s a great motivation! Who
knows? Pretty soon you may even enjoy exercising
and when you start to lose the pounds you
will definitely feel great and want to do
it even more!
Remember
even if you exercise and go back to the same
bad eating habits, then the weight will just
creep back on you!
