Natasha: Once a child reaches the age of adolescence, their body starts to develop and they become curious about sex. It’s a transitional phase for them. Their hormones act up and they need to be educated about these changes. Some people think if you teach a child how a condom is used properly, you are sending the kid to go and have sex. They’re going to get there regardless. Teach them what they need to know about these things so they are aware of how to protect themselves from all the harmful diseases and unwanted pregnancy.

Hayden: These kids are showing no respect for the school and by the looks of the video they look like they’ve been in their business for awhile. They shouldn’t bring that sort of thing to the school though. Expulsion is not called for, adults need to realize growing up as a youth, sometimes, a heat does rise on you. Education is important and these kids should not be deprived of getting one because of that incident.

Mani: I don’t know if those girls allowed the guys to video them, but if they didn’t video them, this would not have been such a big issue. These things have always happened in the past. You also see these things in college movies all the time, and we make no big deal of it. I think the guy who videoed it should be expelled.

Yanik: I think it’s the food, music or peer pressure from friends that make these girls do the things they do. Sometimes their friends are all sexually active and they do those things to fit into the crowd. Or they try to do what an artiste, such as Vybz Kartel says in his songs. Sometimes it’s just their upbringing, what they were exposed to growing up.
