Who are your true friends?
April 17th 2010

If you knew the ones who slandered your good name were none other than your best friends, would you confront them, then forgive and forget it, ignore it, or dismiss your friendship with them?

Kathy: If a person shows you their true colours you ought to respect that. If I’m bitten once, I’m going to be twice shy. Why would you give this person a second chance to do you worse.

Charmaine: I believe you should keep your friends close and the people you prove to be your enemies closer. If you have them close, you can better monitor them and see how you can return the favour, if you check what I’m saying.

Ian: Stay far away from fake friends. I try to surround myself with people that celebrate me, and with whom I can celebrate. You have to be true to those who are true to you and not those who wish to see you ruined, that’s how I see it. I like to see my lawn manicured, with no weeds in it. The weeds I pluck out.

Marcus: Forget them. Bad minded people are not worth the time or energy. If your friends aren’t real don’t hesitate to fire them and make new ones.

Harris: No one is perfect. I learn to forgive people because they’re sometimes not fully aware of what they do. I would forgive a friend who did me wrong but it would take some time for me to actually forget. If it’s my best friend, I’d give him/her a chance to redeem his/ herself. I think it’d be only fair to, if we have been friends for a while.

Theckla: I expect my enemies to say and do hurtful things to me. Sorry, but I don’t expect it from my friends, much less my best friend. If that happened I’m sorry, but I would write off that friendship fast, fast, fast!

You've heard what these people have to say. What do u think? Post your opinion below!!
